Shipping related matters
1. How many days will it take for delivery after placing an order?
We will ship the order in about 3-5 working days after placing the order/payment. If the order is placed during a holiday, the shipment will be postponed to the next working day!
2. What are the ways to pick up the goods? Is there any overdraw available?
We currently only provide home delivery and do not yet provide over-the-counter pick-up service.
3. Will I be notified of shipment?
We will send an e-mail notification after the product is shipped.
4. Which logistics company does your home delivery?
We are currently cooperating with Hsinchu Logistics and Black Cat Delivery.
5. Can the goods arrive on designated holidays?
You can note the desired arrival date in the order notes, but since some logistics stations do not deliver on holidays, it depends on the logistics station where the goods are delivered!
6. Can it be delivered to outlying islands? Do I need to pay extra for shipping?
Okay! However, delivery to outlying islands requires additional freight. The freight amount will vary according to the location of delivery. You can first send a private message to the fan group customer service for an estimate of the freight. In addition, the payment method for delivery to outlying islands does not provide cash on delivery. Payment must be completed after the payment is completed. Only then can we ship the goods for you!
